As a participant in the Norway Cup, I will contribute to a safe tournament and a good experience for everyone who takes part:
· I shall treat everyone I meet at the Norway Cup with respect and dignity.

· I will not participate in bullying or harassment.

· I must respect other people's boundaries, and not touch or speak to anyone in a way that is perceived as disgusting or hurtful.

· I will not hit or use other violence.

· I shall not use illegal drugs or doping.

· I must follow the rules and guidelines of the Norway Cup and the Referee Department for the tournament.

· I must be a good representative of my football club, referee club, circuit and association.

· I must be neutral in my work as a judge and not accept bribes.

As an adult at the Norway Cup, I also have an additional responsibility to ensure that it is a safe tournament.
· I share responsibility for ensuring that all participants are safe, and that they are not exposed to verbal, sexual or physical harassment or abuse.

· I must not drink alcohol or take other drugs in public and/or while I am responsible for participants.

· I will not have a sexual relationship with any participants, and I will not abuse or exploit any child in any way. I shall not use the participation in the Norway Cup to exploit participants before or after the tournament, or expect returns for the participation in the Norway Cup.

· I must always react if I see that others - children or adults - break these guidelines.

Norway Cup does not accept any discrimination due to gender, functional ability, skin colour, nationality, caste, religion, sexual orientation, health, HIV status or other grounds.
Violation of these guidelines may lead to sanctions from Norway Cup.
Norway Cup has routines for handling violations of these guidelines. Violations of the guidelines may lead to sanctions from the Norway Cup. Assault or other offenses are automatically reported to the police.

· Jeg skal ikke slå eller bruke annen vold.

· Jeg skal ikke bruke ulovlige rusmidler eller doping.

· Jeg skal følge de reglene og retningslinjene Norway Cup og Dommeravdelingen har for turneringen.

· Jeg skal være en god representant for min fotballklubb, dommerklubb, krets og forbund.

· Jeg skal være nøytral i min dommergjerning og ikke motta bestikkelser.

Som voksen på Norway Cup har jeg i tillegg et ekstra ansvar for at det er en trygg turnering.
· Jeg har et medansvar for at alle deltagere skal være trygge, og at de ikke skal bli utsatt for verbal, seksuell eller fysisk trakassering eller overgrep.

· Jeg skal ikke drikke alkohol eller innta andre rusmidler offentlig og/eller mens jeg har ansvar for deltagere.

· Jeg skal ikke ha en seksuell relasjon med noen deltagere, og jeg skal ikke misbruke eller utnytte noe barn på noen måte. Jeg skal ikke bruke deltagelsen på Norway Cup til å utnytte deltagere før eller etter turneringen, eller forvente gjenytelser for deltagelsen på Norway Cup.

· Jeg skal alltid reagere hvis jeg ser at andre – barn eller voksne – bryter disse retningslinjene.

Norway Cup aksepterer ingen diskriminering på grunn av kjønn, funksjonsevne, hudfarge, nasjonalitet, kaste, religion, seksuelle orientering, helse, HIV-status, eller annet grunnlag.
Brudd på disse retningslinjene kan føre til sanksjoner fra Norway Cup.
