Team and Player Registration Conditions
All registrations are subject to the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Central Coast International Cup tournament.
Players are required to be registered into the Cup Manager tournament registration system by their team official.
Player registration requirements:-
1) Players full name,
2) Player's unique shirt number to be entered into the Cup Manager program,
3) Player club registration (Play Football):-

Managers are to make sure that players can present their identification documents when ever asked to do so by the competition officials.
Wristbands
The Team Manager will be provided with wristbands for the number of registered players in their team. Given that some clubs may have teams in multiple age categories it must be ensured that players are not swapped between teams. All players are therefore required to wear their wristband to be eligible to play. The wristband provided to each player is to last the duration of the entire event (do not take them off).
In the case of a broken or cut wristband, the Player and Team Manager are to report at the CCIC Officials desk with the broken wristband to be re-confirmed and re-registered at least 60mins prior to their next game. There will be a charge of $5 per re-registration as we need to ensure player eligibility.
Teams who field players who are not registered to their team/age category may lose all points for that game and be suspended from the competition.
The Registration of Players, including proof of age, is mandatory and must be undertaken in line with the timelines set by the tournament organisers. Players are allowed to play up to 2 years up at the discretion of the team's coach and player's parents in respect to the player's ability and physicality.
A player is not allowed to play in more than 1 team during the tournament. Teams who field players who are not registered to their team/age category will lose all points for that game and may be suspended from the tournament.
Team Kits
Teams are to include their home and away kit colours in Cup Manager, in case a team does not have an away kit they must bring a set of bibs to use in case of a colour clash. Player numbers allocated to the player in Cup Manager need to be the same on the home and away kits, player numbers need to be visible through the bib.
Each player is to be assigned one unique shirt number for the duration of the tournament.
Communication
The main contact for the team is the person registering their team into Cup Manager. Additional "Leaders" Manager/Coach are to be added into Cup Manager for their team(s) as "Leaders" by the main contact.
