Team Approval Process Sydney International Cup 2025.

1) Pre-register your team to SIC 2025 by entereing your team's contact details below.

2) A SIC team member will contact you to discuss your pre-registration in due course.

3) In the case your pre-registration is accepted, you will be required to pay a $300 non refundable Team Entry fee of $300 to validate your invitation.

4) Pay $195/player registration fee through your Cup Manager account by the payment deadline. (A team is only fully registered once full payment is received).

5) The minimum player entry per team is 10. The maximum player entry per team is 13. The 2 team officials (1 Coach and 1 Manager) are covered under the Team Entry Fee.

6) Additional players can be registered at a cost of $225/player

Please note that there is a limited number of teams per age group, only teams who are fully paid by the due date will have confirmed entry into the tournament.

The $300 non refundable Team Registration Fee reserves your team's place in the tournament. This Team Registration Fee is forfeited if the team is withdrawn.

The Player Registration fees payment of $195/player with a minimum of 10 players is to be made via credit card through the Cup Manager platform in line with payment deadlines. Additional players entered will be charged $225/player.

The Team Registration Fee also covers 2 Team Officials (one Team Manager & one Coach).

Team Officials (Leaders) must be registered to ensure they are included in email communications from the SIC 2025 Organisers.
